  2. Exfoliation. Exfoliation helps to remove dead skin cells and make lips softer and fuller. You can use an exfoliating lip scrub made from honey and brown sugar, mixing them in equal parts. Apply it to your lips, massage for a few minutes, and then rinse with water.
  3. Use natural oils with mint, almond or jojoba. This will help make your lips full and moisturized. Apply a few drops to your lips and massage them in light circular motions.
  4. Apply a lighter than natural shade of concealer. This creates the illusion of fuller lips. It can be applied to the center of the lips and blended with your finger.

Soak your fingers in water or apply a small amount of light oil (coconut or olive) to them. Start massaging from top to bottom and from right to left, focusing on the central part. It is necessary to devote a few minutes to the procedure every day to see the result over time.

Massage with a toothbrush

The toothbrush during the massage process effectively activates blood circulation and enlarges the lips. To do this, make light circular movements over the entire surface for 1-2 minutes daily. Do not forget to pre-moisten the brush with water

Ice massage
